Reina Transfers & Tours is founded by Claudia Bakker.

With an extensive background in customer experience and administrative jobs, her accumulated experience and skills are perfect for leading a luxury taxi service. She has a natural understanding of the needs of young professionals who are looking for an excellent service. Bakker is well known for her attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Put together with her creative mind and strong empathy, her open-mindedness allows her to find a solution to anything that crosses her path.

Born in the Netherlands, she moved to Barcelona to expand her horizon.

Business partner Shad Ali Sha Khan comes from an entrepeneurial background. For years he owned several succesful restaurants. To gain more freedom, he changed careers and became a taxi driver. To Khan, hospitality is innate; it is eminent that the customer is gratified. His affectionate enthusiasm brings warmth and character to our business. Besides his positive nature, he also values respect and order. While he expects a lot, he also gives his all in return.

Together they shaped Reina Transfers & Tours, until it was ready for its launch in the Summer of 2025.

The division of roles was easy: Bakker is responsible for the customer service and administration of the business, and Khan is the manager of our Chauffeurs. This partnership gives Reina Transfers & Tours the perfect balance of service on both sides of the spectrum.
