Luxury and Premium Service
Reina Transfers & Tours offers both Luxury and Premium Services.
From our Premium service you can expect:
- A Premium Sedan or MVP
- A Chauffeur who waits 60 minutes for you to arrive in the Arrivals Hall
- A Meet & Greet with your Chauffeur in the airport
- Your Chauffeur will hold a pad with your name on it
- Porter Services (a Chauffeur who carries your luggage to and into your chosen vehicle)
- Impeccably dressed Chauffeurs
- A Chauffeur who speaks English (and in most cases also Spanish)
Please note: Until the end of 2025, it is only possible to book our Premium Services. Our Luxury Service will be available early 2026.
From our Luxury service you can expect, in addition to the above:
- A tailormade experience up to your requests in your booking
- 30 minutes additional waiting time for your Airport Pick up (adding up to 90 minutes)
- Free Wi-Fi on board
- A care package containing a cotton bag, a cup, a bottle of water, a snack, ear plugs, and possibly some suprises for you to enjoy during your transfer and hopefully for a long time after
- €25,- Cashback if you post about Reina Transfers & Tours on your Socials after your transfer (and abide to the rules of this opportunity)

For those arriving or departing from Barcelona, our airport pick-up and drop-off services are tailored to streamline your travel process. We understand the demands of busy professionals, which is why our chauffeurs are always punctual, monitoring flight schedules to ensure timely pickups and minimizing wait times. Our luxury vehicles are equipped with amenities to help you relax and unwind after a long flight, making your transition to and from the airport smooth and enjoyable.
When it comes to long-distance rides, comfort is our top priority. Whether you’re traveling to a neighbouring city or embarking on an extended journey, our luxury taxi service ensures that you arrive at your destination invigorated and relaxed. Complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi further enhance your ride, allowing you to stay connected and comfortable throughout your trip. These services are not solely for our long-distance transports; you can expect a beverage and a snack, as well as free Wi-Fi service on each booking you made through our website.
Our future tours
Additionally, from autumn 2026, we will offer exclusive tours within Catalonia. These tours will be curated to provide unique and luxurious experiences.
